Dear Sirs/Madams,

the surgical instruments which we are using in our medical office day by day were bought from the erbrich-instrumente GmbH in Tuttlingen. We bought those surgical instruments in 1996 due to our office launching and we are still quite satisfied with this buying!
The high quality and the long duration of life of instruments from the erbrich instrumente GmbH is highly recommended by us.

Sincerely

H. Junk

Dear Mr Erbrich,

I had to extract the second mandible molar from a five-year-old warm blood mare today. Since this tooth had fistulised through the mandible towards ventral some time ago, it was extremely brittle and could not be extracted in a single piece. I took this opportunity to use the new root elevators for the first time and was singularly impressed! Without these instruments the intervention would not have been possible, and I would have been forced to open the bone from ventral.
However, as it was, I was able to extract the tooth orally. In my opinion, these instruments represent a major step forward – I would not have thought it before, but it goes to show that you really do never stop learning. After trying them all out, I have come to the conclusion that in total four are required (one for each possible side) –
In any case, I would like to congratulate you on these instruments and express how much satisfaction they have brought me.

Dear Mr Erbrich,

We have been using your specialist instruments on horses in our veterinary dental practice for approximately three months now.
The wide range of luxators and root elevators enables successful extraction of molars, even in complicated cases with the horse in the standing position. We were pleasantly surprised at the strength and user-friendly handling of these attractive instruments. Not one of them has been bent or broken although they are subjected to extreme loads on a daily basis.
Your luxators and root extractors represent a valuable addition to our instrument set for equine dentistry. I for one certainly do not wish to go without these instruments in the future and would like to congratulate you on the outstanding quality of your products.

Sehr geehrter Herr Erbrich!

I am pleased to send you the following report on my experience of using your bayonet gouge for equine dental treatment.
Last week, I had to extract the wolf teeth (105 and 205) of a 2-year-old Quarter Horse. Normally I use your root elevator with sliding bar. In this case, I was indeed successful in loosening the wolf teeth somewhat, but not nearly enough for extraction. Only by using the bayonet gouges was I able to apply sufficient force to the root in order to subsequently perform the extraction without any major risk of fracture. The wolf teeth had a very small crown but extremely strong roots (total length almost 2 cm!). Without the bayonet gouges I could not have completed the job at the stable, and would have had to treat the horse at my clinic, which of course entails a lot of time and expense.
I wish to express my appreciation for these excellent instruments, which certainly make the work of the equine dental practice a great deal easier.

Yours sincerely,

Dr. Clemens Mahringer

Wolf teeth root elevator with cross handle:

The clubbed handle combined with the crossbars means that this instrument sits absolutely securely in the hand. Little by little, I have expanded the field of application of this instrument beyond the extraction of wolf teeth. We also use it in the extraction of incisors and hook teeth and – thanks to the fact that the head is sturdy enough to be used with a hammer – in minimally invasive buccotomies, too! Over the years, it has become one of my favourite instruments for equine dentistry!
